Fast External Electrical Connection Method of PCB Board

It is very important for fast PCB board manufacturers to choose appropriate typical components as the basic unit for arranging the circuit board surface, and it must be selected reasonably. When arranging components on the printed circuit board surface, it is also necessary to consider the routing, shielding, heat dissipation, neatness of the arrangement and assembly process of the printed wires, and leave space for installing the shielding structure and the heat dissipation structure.

 

Separate the components that cannot be installed on the circuit board according to the electrical schematic diagram, such as the power switch, the band switch, and the regulating potentiometer that must be installed on the panel, the large and heavy transformer must be installed on the chass and high-power tubes with radiators, etc. There are three ways to connect the printed circuit board to the electrical components other than the above-mentioned circuit board:

 

Cross-line connection method:

The printed circuit board and the external unit (or component) are directly connected with a wire. In this case, the printed wires on the circuit board should have a transfer end.

 

Socket connection method:

The printed circuit board socket is connected to the external unit (or component), and one end of the circuit board is made into an insert structure, and its size should match the selected socket.

 

Extra plug and socket connection method:

The connection method is basically the same as the socket connection, except that one end of the circuit board is mechanically fixed with a plug piece (the printed circuit board has no insert structure, only the fixed plug piece Mounting hole) is connected to the socket. At this time, the printed wires of the printed circuit board and the relevant conductive parts of the plug piece are soldered. The advantage of using this structure is that it is easy to replace the inserted part after it is damaged.
