This must take into account the requirements of the production line for placement machines. So what kind of placement machines can meet the requirements of the production line? ①Component Placement Accuracy:
High-precision placement accuracy and pick-up speed in SMT placement, high-precision placement for components, PCB circuit boards, z-axis control accuracy, will avoid damage to components, PCB circuit boards and improve production efficiency.
The pressure of the patch is very critical to the quality of the patch. If the patch pressure is too small, the soldering ends or pins of smaller components may float on the solder paste, resulting in the solder paste not being attached to the components, which will lead to the occurrence of device failures and offset from the pad when passing through the automatic production line or during reflow soldering. If the patch pressure is too high, the solder paste will be squeezed to form a solder paste stick, and too much pressure may also damage the structure of the component.
③ Mounting Rate:
Due to the different parameters of different placement machines, the adjustment needs to be set accordingly. If it is not adjusted in time, it may lead to poor component placement function. In addition, the shortcomings of feeders and suction nozzles will cause components to fall during the placement process.
