Cutting material — silk screen circuit (black oil) — etching — etching QC — hand drilling hole — screen printing UV green oil — silk screen characters — punching board — V-CUT (consecutive piece) — over Rosin —— FQC ——FQA ——vacuum packing and shipping

2. Veneer rosin board (drilled gong board)
Cutting material – drilling – screen printing circuit (black oil) – etching – etching QC – screen printing UV green oil – screen printing characters – CNC gong board – V-CUT (need to be connected) – over rosin ——FQC——FQA——packaging and shipping

3. Single-sided spray tin plate (no drilling, punching with mold)
Cutting material – screen printing circuit (black oil) – etching – etching QC – hand drilling pipe position hole – screen printing heat-setting green oil – screen printing characters – spray tin – punching board – V-CUT – Finished Product Testing – FQC – FQA – Packing and Shipping

4. Single-sided gold-plated plate (no drilling, punching with a die)
Cutting material – screen printing circuit (black oil) – nickel plating, gold – etching – etching QC – hand drilling hole – screen printing UV green oil – screen printing characters – gong board – UV-V- CUT——(Continuous Piece)——finished product test——FQC——FQA——packaging and shipping

5. Single-sided gold-plated plate (drilling, gong plate)
Cutting material – drilling – silk screen circuit (black oil) – nickel plating, gold – etching – etching – QC – screen printing UV green oil – silk screen characters – gong board – UV-CUT (continuous piece) ——finished product test——FQC——FQA——packaging and shipping

6. Double-sided gold-plated plate
Cutting material – baking plate – drilling – copper sinking – photosensitive circuit – electric copper, nickel, gold – etching – testing – etching QC – photosensitive green oil – silkscreen characters – punching or Gong board – V-CUT – finished product test – FQC – FQA – packaging and shipping
