the Required Moment Between the Wires of the PCB Circuit Board

To make PCB circuit boards, the moment between wires needs to meet electrical safety requirements. The larger the moment between wires, the easier it is to make, and the smaller the moment between wires, the more difficult it is to make. It is decided, but in any case, the minimum moment must be at least withstandable voltage (working voltage, additional fluctuating voltage, peak voltage caused by other reasons), and any problems that may be encountered should be considered in the design. When the wiring density is low, the moment of the information line can be processed appropriately, and the information line should be as short as possible and the processing interval should be as short as possible for the high and low electrical disparity;

The main reason for determining the minimum width is the adhesion strength between the wire and the insulating substrate and the current value flowing through them. The thickness of the copper foil is 0.05mm and the width is 1-1.5mm. With a current of 2A, the temperature will not be higher than 3 ℃, and the wire width of 1.5mm can meet the requirements. For integrated circuits, the wire width can be set to 0.02-0.3mm. It is better to set the wire width wider when conditions permit. For some boards with a large amount of current, when the thickness of the copper clad foil is 0.5MM, the current load of the 1MM (about 40MIL) line width is 1A, and the line width of 1-2.54MM (40-100MIL) can meet the general requirements. Application requirements, high-power equipment board ground wire and power supply, increase the line width appropriately according to the actual power size;   

When high-voltage circuit and low-voltage circuit appear on a board at the same time, the components of the high-voltage circuit part and the low-voltage part should be placed separately and isolated The distance is related to the withstand voltage to be withstood. Generally, the distance between the boards is 20mm at 2000V, and the distance should be increased in proportion to this. If it is necessary to withstand the 3000V withstand voltage test, the distance between the high and low voltage lines It should be above 35mm. To avoid creep age, it can be slotted between high and low voltage.
