Why is The Circuit On The Circuit Board Bent?

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, our lives are increasingly inseparable from a variety of electronic products. Many curious friends like to take apart some old or broken electronic products. At this time, we will find that these electronic products will have some circuit boards, but the circuits in these PCB circuit boards are too complicated, right? Why is the circuit inside the circuit board twisted and twisted? Can’t the circuit board circuit be designed as a straight line? You may not believe it.

 

After studying mathematics in junior high school, we know that the shortest straight line between two points. Then why is the circuit board circuit designed to be bent? First of all, if the lines in the circuit board are designed to be straight, the area of the circuit board will increase several times. In today’s era of pursuit of exquisiteness, the area of the circuit board is naturally as small as possible, otherwise it will directly affect the area of electronic products. It is estimated that people’s requirements for electronic products are: Except for the larger the screen, the other things are getting smaller and smaller, and the thickness should be as thin as possible.

 

Secondly, even if we don’t care about the size of the circuit board and design the lines in the circuit board as a straight line, it will also cause other problems. In the circuit board, the line will definitely need to be turned. If we design the circuit board in a straight line, the angle of the turn will reach ninety degrees. Because the circuit is prone to large reflections when turning at a 90-degree turn, such a circuit board can easily be broken during the production process. In this case, not only will it cause waste of materials, but even if the circuit board is successfully manufactured, it is also prone to quality problems.

 

Third, the circuits are designed to be bent to ensure the stability of the signal. The design of the circuit board is a kind of technical activity, and only by adopting the corresponding design can the stability of the signal be ensured. Only when the signal is not disturbed, the chip on the circuit board can work normally.

 

Each crooked circuit on the circuit board represents a different signal. If the circuit on the circuit board is designed as a straight line, it is easy to cause mutual interference between the signals, making our electronic equipment unable to work normally. If the signal of our mobile phone is interfered, it is likely that there is a problem with the circuit board, then such a mobile phone can almost be declared scrapped.

 

The circuit board is constructed by devices, capacitors, diodes, etc., and these many lines constitute a complete circuit. If you are using a speaker, after you turn on the switch, the speaker will work and produce sound, but as long as the lines on the circuit board are broken, the speaker will not work properly because they are interdependent.

 

So, the circuit board’s circuit is designed to bend and curve as if it is irregular, but in fact there is great wisdom in it.
