The production of the circuit board factory has a basis, but this basis is the circuit board drawing plan we often say is also called a drawing. Then the person drawing the circuit board should understand the following 10 key points.
(1) When drawing the schematic diagram, the marking of the pins must use the network. NET. Do not use the text TEXT, otherwise there will be questions when guiding the PCB.
(2) After drawing the schematic diagram, all components must be packaged, otherwise the PCB will not find the components.
Some components cannot be found in the library for personal drawing, but in practice, they are still drawn personally. In the end, there is a personal library, which is convenient. The drawing process is to launch FILE/NEW——”Select SCH LIB——”This will enter the part correction library——”After drawing, click TOOLS-RENAME COMPONENT to rename the component.
The picture and hair of the component package are the same as this one, but the PCB LIB is selected, and the border of the component is on the TOPOverlay layer, which is yellow.
(3) After drawing, rename the components in order, select TOOLS things—”ANNOTATE annotation and then select the order.
(4) Before transforming into PCB, a report should be generated, mainly a netlist. Select DESIGN to describe Create Netlist to create a netlist.
(5) Another thing is to check the electrical rules, select TOOLS –.>ERC.
(6) Then the PCB can be generated. If there is an error, the schematic diagram must be corrected to generate the PCB.
(7) The PCB must first make good progress. The shorter the line is, the better, and the fewer vias, the better.
(8) Draw rules before drawing lines: TOOLS―――GAP of Clearance Constrain in Design Rules, Routing can choose 10 or 12, set vias in ROUTING VIA STYLE, the maximum outer diameter of the pad is the smallest size, the outer diameter, the largest inner diameter, and the smallest inner diameter, width Constraint sets.
(9) The width of the drawn line is usually 12MIL, the peripheral power and ground line is 120 or 100, the power and ground of the chip are 50 or 40 or 30, and the crystal line should be thick and placed next to the microcontroller. The common wire should be thick, the long-distance wire should be thick, and the wire cannot be turned at right angles to 45 degrees. The power supply, ground and other symbols must be marked in the TOPLAY to facilitate the debugging of the connection.
If you find that the diagram is incorrect, you must first modify the schematic diagram, and then use the schematic diagram to change the PCB.
(10) The bottom option in the VIEW option can choose inch or millimeter.
