Why need we coat three anti-adhesive on the PCB ？

Moisture is the most common and most damaging factor affecting the performance of PCB . It will greatly reduce the insulation resistance of the conductor, speed up the decomposition , reduce the Q value, and corrode the conductor. Green copper often appears in the metal part of the PCB, which is caused by the chemical reaction of copper metal with water and oxygen.

Due to the use of the three anti-adhesive , it not only has the performance of waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof, but also has anti-cold and heat shock, anti-aging, anti-radiation, anti-salt spray, anti-ozone corrosion, anti-vibration, and good flexibility and good attachment. It can reduce or eliminate the deterioration of electronic operation performance due to the operating environment impacts.

Due to the different application environments of the three anti-adhesive , different end products will focus on the performance requirements of three anti-adhesive. Household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and water heaters require moisture resistance, while outdoor fans and street lights require products with excellent anti-fog performance.
